Quick Weight Loss Detox Program
Fasting is not good for you – if not done correctly, that is. The wrong kind of fasting is bad for your health as it can disrupt your metabolism and stress out your liver, clog up your colon and flood your bloodstream with the oil-soluble toxins that your body has been storing in its fat.
On the other hand, if done correctly, a properly supervised fast – with your body prepared for fasting and properly supported – can flush out accumulated toxins from your cells, accelerate weight loss, cleanse your body and have an anti-ageing effect. Periodic fasting of this type can clear up skin conditions, boost your energy and put a glow on your face.
Even more important, though not visible on the outside, periodic detoxification will boost your immune system and give you better health in the long term.
7-Day Pre Detox
Each day,
A. To fortify the liver, choose at least one from each group:
I. Cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, alfafa
– 40g cooked or size of a small fist, raw
II. Parsley, kale, watercress, coriander, beetroot tops, endive, mustard greens – 60g
III. 1 orange or the juice of ½ lemon or lime
IV. Garlic (at least 1 clove), onions (60g), eggs (2)
V. Artichoke (1 small), asparagus (5 medium spears), beetroot (75g), celery (2 medium sticks), whey (1 to 2 scoops)

B. Take 4 servings of *Slim Diet II (2 scoops) and FibreMax.(1 scoop each), with 2 capfuls of Aloe Vera Drinking Gel.
*Note: If you are following this 15-Day diet plan program for detoxification rather than weight loss, you may omit the Slim Diet II
C. Drink at least 8 large glasses of filtered or purified water.
D. 2 servings (size of your palm) of:
Lean beef, veal, lamb, skinless chicken, turkey or fish (or 2 tablespoons of Spirulina for vegetarians)
E. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in the form of olive oil or flaxseed oil.
AVOID:
Excess fat
Sugar and artificial sweeteners
Refined carbohydrates
Gluten, found in wheat, rye and barley (includes bread, pasta, crackers)
Alcohol, over the counter drugs, caffeine
The One-Day Detox Diet
A. Prepare the Detox Juice
1.8L Cranberry Water (240ml unsweetened cranberry juice, mixed with 1.55L filtered water)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
180ml freshly squeezed orange juice
60ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon 100% maple syrup
1. Bring the Cranberry Water to a light boil, then reduce heat to low.
2. Place cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg into a tea infuser; add to Cranberry Water, or if you prefer a tangier juice, add the spices direct.
3. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes; cool to room temperature.
4. Stir in the orange and lemon juices. Add the maple syrup.
B. Drink one cup of purified water and at every hour alternate with one cup of Detox Juice. Make sure you drink at least one cup of water or one cup of Detox Juice at every hour until you have finished at least 8 glasses of Detox Juice and 2L of water e.g.
8am 1 cup purified water
9am 1 cup Detox Juice
10am 1 cup purified water
11am 1 cup Detox Juice, and so on
C. Upon rising and at the end of the day, take 1 serving of FibreMax, mixed with 2 capfuls of Aloe Vera Drinking gel.
D. Do only light exercise e.g. a 20-min walk.
7-Day Post Detox
Follow the same diet plan as outlined in the 7-Day Pre Detox period.
