Weight Loss Exercise Program
This isometric exercise is great for toning the arm and shoulder muscles as well the chest muscles.
1. Stand with feet, shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, spine straight.
2. Slowly bring hands together in front of your lower abdomen, with fingers touching lightly, pointing downwards.
3. Slowly raise hand upward (3a) until hands are above head. Reach for the ceiling and hold for 5 counts. (3b)
4. Slowly open up the arms with palms facing out, like a sunflower blooming, and lower arms until you are back in original position. (4a to 4c).
5. Repeat three times.
